“We really enjoyed our day tour to Polignano and Alberobello. The communication about the meeting point was excellent and all of the staff were polite and efficient. The day before the trip we had been informed of a change to the schedule and were offered the choice of a boat trip to the caves or a Tuk Tuk tour of Polignano. We choose the Tuk Tuk tour. “The Trulli Village located in Alberobello is a must see. Unique stone homes built without mortar. The towns of Monopoli and Polignano are beautiful sea side towns with great panoramic views. Driver and guide were friendly and informative. Was a great private tour from the cruise ship.”
“Our driver was amazing. Very helpful and proactive Galatina was a wonderful little place. Really peaceful in the morning. Authentic little town without too many tourists. The main cathedral is absolutely beautiful. The snacks and drinks provided in the little cafe were amazing Otranto too is beautiful. Gallipoli was nice too, but it seemed to be quite similar to Otranto… if one is short of time I think it would be ok to skip Gallipoli if you are doing Otranto”
