“Daniele was the perfect host and chef. His English skills were excellent. Explaining the science behind the different aspects and components to the dish were do helpful. his wit and humour just added another level to the experience. I would recommend to all.”

“Daniella was a great instructor and very patient while teaching us about making orchiette with a simple tomato sauce and plentiful wine to enjoy. Our only complaint was we were sent an old address and the wrong Google maps link, so it was only by the kindness of locals that we were able to finally locate it a little late and very flustered! We were sent many reminders and updates by email - but all consistently had the wrong details.”

“Lorenzo and Cosimo were incredible hosts. We learned so much at the Matera/Sassi culture and had so much fun learning how to make pasta. I would highly recommend anyone visiting Matera to put this on your list of things to do!!”

“We had a wonderful day at the farmhouse. Greg and Sylvia are delightful hosts. We enjoyed a wander around the beautiful grounds and had lots of laughs making pasta. We then enjoyed a great lunch with many small dishes to try along with wine and coffee. They were very knowledgeable about the area and we left with a great list of restaurants bars and cafes that they considered the best in Matera. Would highly reccomend!”

It was held at Juanita's apartment-which was an easy 15 minute walk from Old Town Bari. Juanita had antipasti set up for us so we could get to know the other participants in the class, and then we started on the focaccia dough and pasta making. Juanita has the perfect personality for teaching the techniques to a bunch of beginners-patient, yet also freely joking with us that our pasta shapes needed some work! We were all excited if we received a "Bravo" from her! She then baked the focaccia and…”

“Anna & Marcella were fantastic hosts! The tiramisu that we made was delicious. Then we learned how to make a roll 3 different types of pasta! It is hard work! It would take years of practice! Such a wonderful experience.”

“**Title: A Delightful Culinary Experience in Alberobello** I had the pleasure of attending a pasta and tiramisu-making class hosted by Maria and Giovannella in their charming home in Alberobello. From the warm welcome to their knowledgeable guidance, they made us feel right at home. We learned to make fresh pasta from scratch, with Maria sharing tips on the best ingredients and techniques. The experience was fun and engaging, enhanced by a few local wines and friendly competition among participants. Next, we dove into creating the iconic tiramisu with Giovannella, who shared fascinating insights about its origins and the secrets to achieving its perfect creamy texture. The intimate setting f...”
